Reprint a Billing Form

1. Go to patient switchboard
2. Go to Claim Information
3. In the Claim chooser at the top choose a visit date or claim you want to reprint
4. Put a Check mark in the reprint check box right under the claim chooser
5. Click the reprint Button.
6. You will now see the print image of the claim you want to print. If you see errors you forgot to check the reprint check box.
7. Click the print button and when you are done save and go back.

Reprinting More than One Billing Form at a time.

1. Go to the main Switchboard.
2. Go to Reprint/Insurance Labels.
3. Choose the Print date you are printing for.
4. Either Choose the Insurance Company you want to print for or Type.
5. Select the button directly under the Insurance Company or Type you are printing for.
6. Click the Reprint Billing form button.
7. Click the print button.
8. Save and go back.
